A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

1. Returns & Exchanges
Not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted. We don’t do returns for buyer remorse, wrong size/color, or change of heart.

2. Reporting Damages or Manufacturing Errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our [Submit an Issue] form. Provide:

  • Order number

  • A clear photo showing the defect
    No need to ship it back. We’ll offer a free reprint or full refund, whichever makes more sense for both of us.


3. Multiple Items with the Same Issue?
Stack ’em in one shot. If multiple products suffer the same error, send a group photo or video showing all items clearly—helps us make it right faster.

4. Failed Delivery or Address Issues
If delivery fails due to an invalid address you provided, you'll have the choice between:

  • A reprint (you cover shipping)

  • A partial refund


5. Minor Print Variation
Slight DTG print placement differences (up to ½ inch) are not considered defects—they’re within normal production tolerances.

6. Return Shipping
We don’t take returned POD items back unless there's a defect. It’s usually cheaper for everyone if the customer just keeps it—or we turn it into a giveaway or sample for marketing. It’s business practicality, not stinginess.
